How much does it cost to remove a Google review?
You pay for the Google reviews that come down. The price and the most you can be charged are in the terms you accept in the app before anything is filed.
- You see the price first

You pay for the Google reviews that come down. We file all the bad reviews you choose, and Google decides on each one. No one can guarantee every review comes down, because Google makes the final decision on each one. A review that stays up shows as Could not be removed in your portal (what if nothing comes down).
You see the price before any work starts. In the TrustOS portal you choose the reviews and how many removals you want, then read and accept the terms in the app. They list the reviews, the price, the most you can be charged and when a charge happens. Nothing is filed until you accept. How we remove a Google review covers each step.
The number of removals you choose is a limit on what you pay. When that many reviews have come down, we stop work on the rest, and a review that comes down after that is not charged. A removal that lands after a request is stopped is never charged. Removal credits you hold are used first. If a removed review comes back, we file it again at no charge and never bill you twice for the same review (removed reviews that come back).
A person on our team checks every removal before we count it. Then we email you the review and the amount before any charge. If the review still shows or something looks wrong, reply to that email and we hold the charge. The receipt follows the payment.
Other platforms work the same way: Reddit, Trustpilot, Facebook, Indeed, YouTube and the rest. Send the links in the chat. Your account manager confirms the price for each item before anything is filed, and you pay for the items that come down. How we remove content on other platforms explains the process.
You can also report a review to Google yourself at no cost. Google’s Report inappropriate reviews page explains how, and can’t I remove reviews myself compares the two routes. What you pay us for is filing every review you choose, following each filing, checking each removal and refiling any review that comes back.
