What if nothing comes down?
You pay for the ones that come down. The platform decides on each review, and a review it keeps up shows as Could not be removed in your TrustOS portal.

You pay for the ones that come down. We file every review you choose. No one can guarantee every review comes down, because the platform makes the final decision on each one. When the platform keeps a review up, your TrustOS portal shows it as Could not be removed.
A review that is still up is not always a final answer. Until the platform decides, the portal shows the review as Being worked on. Some removals arrive months after filing, so we follow every filing to an outcome. A review that could not be removed does not get an email of its own. The next work update and the Monday weekly report list it with that reason.
A charge comes only after a person on our team confirms that a review is gone. Software never marks a review removed by itself. Before we charge, we email you the review and the amount. Removal credits work the same way: a credit is spent on a confirmed removal, not on a filing.
If a review stays up, you can still reply to it. On the 1,106 Google profiles we monitor, owners replied to 45% of one-star reviews (TrustReviews data, October 2026; these businesses came to a removal company, so they are not a random sample of Google). How to respond to negative reviews covers what to write. On a profile with 121 reviews and a 4.75 average, the median count and rating on those profiles, one one-star review lowers the average by about 0.03 stars.
On Google you can also report the review yourself. Google’s Report inappropriate reviews page explains how, and you can appeal once if Google finds no policy violation. What an earlier report changes explains how that fits with our filing. If the reviewer asks for money to take the review down, use Google’s extortion report form and read Google review extortion.
A review marked Could not be removed can be filed again later; ask your account manager. The Review Auto-filer does not file it again by itself, because it skips reviews we have already worked on. For new reviews, review monitoring emails you the new 1 and 2 star Google reviews once a day. Newer reviews are easier to get removed than old ones, so file each one early.
