Google review monitoring: a daily email for new bad reviews
We read every Google Business Profile you connect about once a day. New 1 and 2 star reviews go into one review alert email each day, and you decide what happens to each one. Monitoring comes with your first removal.

Read about once a day
We read each Google Business Profile you connect about once a day and record every new review. A profile you add is read straight away.
One review alert a day
One email a day lists the new 1 and 2 star reviews across all your profiles, and says what happens next for each one.
Your account manager sees them too
Your account manager is told about each new 1 or 2 star review on your profiles at the same time, so they can follow up with you.
Unlimited profiles
Connect every Google profile you have, with no limit. A business with several locations gets one alert for all of them.
No old reviews sent as new
The first read of a profile is the starting point. Reviews already on it when you connect are not sent as new.
It does not file reviews
Monitoring reports new reviews and files nothing. The Review Auto-filer is the product that files new low reviews for you.
When a bad review shows up, you choose what happens.
Reply “yes” to a review alert and your account manager confirms the price with you before anything is filed. Newer reviews are easier to get removed than old ones, so it helps to decide while a review is new.
Get started in three steps.
In the TrustOS portal, search for your business by name or paste a Google Maps link. Businesses with no public address can connect too.
Choose the bad reviews you want filed. Monitoring starts with your first removal.
When a new 1 or 2 star review appears, it is in your next review alert and in the portal.
Monitoring comes with your first removal.
We file all your bad reviews. You pay for the ones that come down. The daily reads and review alerts for every profile you connect cost nothing extra.
Review monitoring questions
What is Google review monitoring?
We read every Google Business Profile you connect about once a day. When new 1 or 2 star reviews appear, one daily review alert email lists them, and they show in your TrustOS portal. Monitoring does not file anything.
How often do you check my Google reviews?
We read each connected profile about once a day, and a profile you add is read straight away. Profiles covered by the Review Auto-filer are read about every 6 to 7 hours. The review alert email goes out once a day.
Which reviews are in the review alert?
New reviews with 1 or 2 stars, across every profile you connect. Reviews already on a profile when you connect it are not sent as new, and a review that was in one alert is not sent again.
Does monitoring file or remove reviews?
No. Monitoring tells you about new reviews and files nothing. Reply “yes” to a review alert and your account manager confirms the price with you before anything is filed. To have new low reviews filed for you automatically, turn on the Review Auto-filer.
Why does it help to hear about a bad review early?
Newer reviews are easier to get removed than old ones. That is why the Review Auto-filer files only reviews published in the last 14 days. A daily alert lets you decide about a review while it is still new.
Do bad Google reviews come in groups?
Often. In TrustReviews data, 464 of 1,304 new 1 and 2 star reviews (36%) landed within 48 hours of another one on the same profile. That covers 406 Google profiles we monitor, March to October 2026. Busy profiles get more of these by chance. The profiles belong to businesses that came to a removal company, so they are not a random sample of Google.
Do Google reviews disappear on their own?
Yes, at every star rating. In TrustReviews data, 7,052 reviews disappeared from 1,106 Google profiles we monitor between March and October 2026 with no removal case of ours. The 50 hardest-hit profiles held 62% of the five-star losses, and the median lost five-star review was 26 days old. That count includes reviews their authors deleted.
Can I monitor more than one location?
Yes. Connect every Google profile you have; there is no limit. Each one is read about once a day, and one daily review alert covers all of them.
What does monitoring cost?
Monitoring comes with your first removal. The daily reads and review alerts cost nothing extra.
Can I turn the review alerts off?
Yes. Review alerts are on by default. You can switch them off in your portal settings. Unsubscribing from our emails also turns them off.
