The client portal is TrustOS, the app where you connect your Google Business Profiles, choose which reviews we file, and follow each one to its result. You sign in with your email at auth.thetrustreviews.com. The portal has four tabs: Home, Reviews, Removals and Account. You do not need a membership to use it.

On Reviews you connect a profile. Search by business name or paste a Google Maps link; service-area businesses with no public address can connect too. We read every review on the profile at once, and you can search and filter the list. In Request removals you choose what we file: every 1-star review is selected by default, and you can add 2 and 3 star reviews. If 10 or more reviews are rated 3 stars or less, the portal offers a free 15-minute planning call with your account manager. The steps after that are in how we remove a Google review.

Before anything is filed, you read and accept the terms in the app: the reviews, the price, the most you can be charged, and when a charge happens. The Agreements page keeps the exact terms you accepted.

Removals lists every review we work on for you, with its status in plain words: Waiting to be sent, Being worked on, Removed, Could not be removed, or Stopped. An open review also shows when its latest filing was sent. Open a review to see the screenshot we took before work started, or to email your account manager about it. When a review comes down, we also email you the review and that screenshot. If you hold credits, the portal shows them as removals ready to use. Credits cover Google review removals only.

The Review Auto-filer is called Protect in the portal. On Removals you turn it on after you accept its terms, set a monthly limit of 1 to 30 paid removals, and turn it off with Turn off Protect, which stops new filing at once. How the Review Auto-filer works explains what it files.

Home names your account manager, with their email and a link to book a call. Account holds your profile, Billing with every payment and its receipt, and your notification switches: Routine work updates, New review alerts, Offers and news, and Text message updates. New review alerts is the daily email described in what review monitoring is. To disconnect a profile, ask your account manager; staff do that for you.
