How does the Review Auto-filer work?
It reads covered Google listings about every 6 to 7 hours and files each new 1 or 2 star review from the last 14 days. You pay for the ones that come down.
- You see the price first
- No subscription
The Review Auto-filer reads each Google listing it covers about every 6 to 7 hours. When a read finds a new review rated 1 or 2 stars, we screenshot it and file it with Google. You do not approve it first. In the TrustOS portal it is the Protect setting.
It covers every Google listing connected to your account when you turn it on, and your account manager can narrow it to some of them. A review is filed only if it is on a covered listing and was published within the 14 days before that read. That includes reviews already on the listing when you turn it on. It skips any review we have worked on before and any review already on another of your requests.
Each filing uses a removal credit you hold first, then a paid slot under your monthly limit of 1 to 30 removals. Paid removals this calendar month and paid filings still open use slots; refiling a review that came back does not. If no credit or slot is free, it files nothing, emails you once and keeps reading. You set the limit (what you control).
Google decides on each filing under its Maps user-generated content policy, and a review that does not break it usually stays up. When one comes down, a person on our team checks it before we count it, and we email you the review with its before-removal screenshot. You pay for the ones that come down. If Google restores one, we file it again at no charge (removed reviews that come back).
It files only recent reviews because newer reviews are easier to get removed than old ones (filing older reviews). The reads are frequent because bad reviews tend to arrive together: in TrustReviews data, 36% of new 1 and 2 star reviews landed within 48 hours of another on the same profile (1,304 reviews on 406 Google profiles we monitor, March to October 2026). Those profiles belong to businesses that came to a removal company, and busy profiles cluster more by chance.
You turn it on in Removals settings in the TrustOS portal after accepting terms that show your removal price and the most you can be charged in a month. Your account manager can also turn it on. You can turn it off at any time; what you control explains what stopping does to open filings.
