Can a removed review come back?
Yes. A platform can restore a review it removed, for example after the reviewer appeals. If a review we removed comes back, we file it again at no charge.

Yes. Removal is the platform’s decision, and the platform can reverse it. No one can promise that a removed review stays down. If a review we removed comes back, we file it again at no charge, and you are never billed twice for the same review.
On Google, the reviewer can usually still see a removed review in their own Google Maps profile, marked “Not posted” or similar. Google’s appeal page lets the reviewer appeal most removals once, and says: “If we find the content was removed in error, we restore the content.” Google’s page on removed and rejected content adds that the reviewer can edit the review and post it again. What the reviewer is told covers the notice side.
Other platforms can reverse a decision too. Trustpilot hides a review flagged as harmful or illegal while it checks it, and puts it back if it finds no breach (Trustpilot’s guidelines for businesses). A Reddit moderator can approve a removed post back. Whether removed content is deleted or hidden compares the platforms.
We read each connected Google Business Profile about once a day. If a review we removed shows up again, our team files it again. The money you already paid for that review covers the refile; we never charge it again or use a removal credit for it. If you see a removed review or post back on another platform, send the link to your account manager.
A new review from the same person is a new review, not a return. It appears in your daily email like any other new 1 or 2 star review, and you choose whether we file it. Removals won with methods that break a platform’s rules can be reversed later. We file only through the platform’s own reporting, under its own policy.
