FAQ

Can I limit what the Review Auto-filer files?

Yes. You set a monthly limit of 1 to 30 paid removals shared across your listings, your credits are used first, and you can turn it off at any time.

Yes. You control how many paid removals the Review Auto-filer can make in a month and whether it is on at all. What it files is fixed: new 1 and 2 star reviews from the last 14 days, as how the Review Auto-filer works explains. In the TrustOS portal it is called Protect.

When you turn it on in Removals settings, it covers every Google listing connected to your account at that moment. A listing you connect later is covered only after you choose Review Protect changes and accept the terms again. Your account manager can limit it to some listings. Changes apply from the next check, and filings already open keep the price they started with.

The monthly limit is 1 to 30 paid removals, shared across all covered listings with no fixed number per listing. The terms you accept show the most you can be charged in a month: the limit times your removal price. Removal credits you hold are used first and do not count toward the limit. Neither does a free refile of a removed review that came back. If you turn it on without paid removals, it files only while your credits last.

Each slot is taken by a paid removal confirmed this calendar month (UTC) or by a paid filing still open, whatever month it started. If no credit or slot is free, the Review Auto-filer files nothing, keeps reading your listings and emails you. A slot frees when a new month starts, when an open filing ends without a removal, or when you raise the limit. A new credit also lets it file. Held reviews still inside the 14 days are then filed; older ones you can choose yourself on the Reviews page.

Bad reviews often arrive together, so a limit of 1 can be used up by a single bad week. How the Review Auto-filer works has our figures on how often new bad reviews land within 48 hours of each other.

To stop, choose Turn off Protect in Removals settings, or ask your account manager. New filing stops at once. Open filings are withdrawn, their credits are returned, and a removal that lands after that is never charged. Removals you requested yourself keep running. Turned on again, it does not refile the reviews it withdrew.
