FAQ

Can’t I remove reviews myself?

You can report a review, but you cannot delete it. The platform decides on each report. A team saves you the filing and follow-up when you have many.

You can report a review yourself, but you cannot delete one from your profile. On Google, open your Business Profile, select Read reviews, select Report next to the review, choose a reason and send it. Google checks the review against its Maps user-generated content policy and leaves it up if it finds no breach. Our Google removal guide explains which reason to choose.

Google’s report page sets the rules for owners. You track each report in the Reviews Management Tool, which shows Decision pending, Report reviewed - no policy violation, or Escalated - check your email for updates. After a no policy violation result, you get one appeal per review, and one appeal can cover up to 10 reviews. Google does not judge disputes between a business and its customers, so a report that only disputes the facts usually fails. What each status means.

Google applies the same policy to every report, whoever sends it, so we do not claim better odds than your own report. What changes is the work when you have more than one or two reviews. Across 306,017 reviews on 1,106 Google profiles we monitor, the median profile had 7 reviews at 1 to 3 stars (TrustReviews data, October 2026; these businesses came to a removal company, so they are not a random sample). When you connect your profile in the TrustOS portal, we read every review at once and show each one rated 3 stars or less. You choose which ones we file. We screenshot each review, file each one under its own policy and follow every filing, because some removals arrive months after filing. If a removed review comes back, we file it again at no charge.

Report only what breaks a rule, on every platform. Trustpilot’s guidelines for businesses say misuse of its flag tool, such as flagging for the wrong reasons, can lead to a Consumer Warning on your profile. Owners do use these tools: businesses flagged 601,000 Trustpilot reviews in 2024, against 92,000 flagged by consumers (Trustpilot Trust Report 2025). If you already reported a review, read what a previous report changes.

If you want us to do the filing, payment works like this. We file all your bad reviews. You pay for the ones that come down. You see the price and accept the terms in the app before anything is filed. How the price works.

Can you remove a review I already reported?

Yes. You can still choose a review you reported or appealed yourself. Google gives each review one appeal, so tell us what Google decided before we file.

Can you remove a review I already reported?
Can I remove a review I already replied to?

Yes. A reply does not stop a removal. Google posts your reply under the review, so when Google removes the review, your reply comes off with it.

Can I remove a review I already replied to?
Will you contact the person who left the review?

No. We never contact the reviewer or ask a platform who they are. We report the review to the platform under its own policy, and the platform decides.
