How is review removal different from SEO or PR?
We only file reviews and posts with the platform that hosts them, under its own policy. We do not do SEO, PR, search suppression or review collection.

We only file reviews and posts with the platform that hosts them, under that platform’s own policy, and the platform decides whether each one comes down. That is the whole service. We do not build links, push search results down, write press releases, place articles about you or ask your customers for reviews. For a Reddit post, we report the post to Reddit under its rules; we do not try to outrank it.
An SEO or reputation firm “suppresses” a page by publishing and promoting other pages until the page ranks lower in search. That does not work on a Google review. Google shows reviews on your Business Profile itself, next to your listing in Maps and Search (Google Business Profile Help). New web pages do not move a one-star review off that profile. Only Google taking the review down does that, which is why we file each review with Google.
On most profiles the problem is a short list of specific reviews. Across 306,017 reviews on 1,106 Google profiles we monitor, the median profile has 121 reviews and 5 one-star reviews (TrustReviews data, October 2026). These profiles belong to businesses that came to a removal company, so they are not a random sample of Google. We file each review the client chooses on its own, and a person checks every removal before we count it.
We do not collect reviews either. Asking real customers for reviews is allowed. Under “Rating manipulation”, Google’s Maps user-generated content policy bars a business from offering incentives for reviews, discouraging negative reviews or selectively asking only happy customers.
Suppression also has a legal meaning. The FTC Consumer Review Rule section titled “Review suppression”, 16 CFR 465.7, bans groundless legal threats, physical threats, intimidation and knowingly false public accusations used to stop a review or get it removed. A report to the platform under its own policy is none of those. We never contact the reviewer.
You have one account manager, and we do not charge a retainer. We file all your bad reviews. You pay for the ones that come down. You see the price and accept the terms in the app before anything is filed. If a removed review comes back, we file it again at no charge.
